Never has baking been so simple: The revolutionary precise PerfectBake sensor measures the humidity content of your dishes permanently and regulates the baking process automatically. You will never have to adjust heating mode, baking time, temperature again if you like. The PerfectBake sensor does it all. The only job you have to do: choose a suitable dish category like „Strudel“ and press „Start“. Your oven takes over from there. The result: bread, cakes and quiches baked to perfection.

Be it roast turkey, Easter lamb, Christmas carp – PerfectRoast meatprobe comes with the know-how of a professional chef, but at much less expense. Three highly sensitive measuring points help the sensor determine the core temperature within the food – accurate to degree and second. Maximum measurement accuracy is achieved by inserting all three measuring points at liberty, guaranteeing perfect roasting results. Another advantage: PerfectRoast may be used in combination with microwave and added steam functions - in case your oven offers these functions, too.

And the best thing is that you can cook at three levels at the same time without the odours from the various dishes mixing. And another plus point: Because Bosch steam cookers have integrated water tanks, no direct water connection is needed.

By adding the right dose of steam precisely when it’s needed, the added steam function gives your food mouth-watering texture, inside and out. It’s ideal for baking bread, giving your loaves a deliciously crispy crust while keeping the inside fluffy. You can also use it for superb results when roasting and re-heating. Simply fill up the water container and your oven does the rest.

With 4D hotair the heat is evenly distributed. Thus, you can also bake and roast on up to two levels simultaneously, for reliable results from top to bottom.

Controlling your oven is easy with our intuitive TFT Touch Display and Control Ring. With a small turn of the Control Ring, you can adjust any of your oven’s settings. The TFT Touch Display guides you at every step with text, images and directly selectable buttons. So you always have a complete overview and control of your oven’s functions.

EcoClean Direct takes the effort out of oven cleaning. A special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the oven walls and roof gently breaks down grease spatters while you roast or bake. Whenever you want to clean the oven, simply wipe the oven floor and the glass door. For optimum cleaning, simply activate the regeneration cycle from time to time. This long-lasting coating saves you time and energy.

Your oven is just lightly soiled and you want to clean it quickly? Just place approximately 400ml of water and a drop of washing-up liquid in the base pan and then set the appropriate heating mode, temperature and duration. The environmental friendly cleaning system softens baked-on residues so you can just wipe it down, for fast and uncomplicated oven cleaning.

Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: A special damping mechanism prevents oven doors from slamming shut. As you gently push the door shut, it stops just before closing and then shuts itself gently and quietly, thus guaranteeing a long life for both your oven and the oven door.
