I'm the person you want to see if you’re confused about how to use your appliances, or which spare parts to buy. My goal is to turn your frowns into smiles, and your problems into solutions when you visit the UnserHaus Customer Care Centre.
I love meeting people from different backgrounds. While most people may shrink back from someone who's visibly upset, I enjoy being able to understand and help them out.
Once, a customer stormed in with a tangled mess of problems. She was upset and couldn’t explain her problems clearly. However, after asking her the right questions, I managed to calm her down and determine that she had five different problems with her appliances - all of which could be fixed at the Customer Care Centre! Eventually, her frustration turned into delight and she even apologized for her initial attitude.
While the purpose of each customer’s visit may be similar, I will tailor my service to meet different expectations. Here are three of the most common issues that customers face and what you can do to avoid them:
Issue 1: Number? What number?
If you need to buy spare parts, always remember to retrieve your appliance's model number. Don't know where it is? Call us at 6751 5000! We can guide you and even check if the spare parts you need are available for purchase.
Issue 2: Why isn’t my cooker hood doing its job anymore?
Use a degreaser to prevent stubborn grease from building up in your kitchen. Remember to clean the metal mesh well and change the active carbon filter when it starts to get clogged. Your appliances need your care and a little loving from time to time.
Issue 3: Why maintain?
Maintaining your appliance properly ensures its longevity. Take that extra bit of time to clear out your vacuum cleaners, unplug your charged batteries, and replace your clogged filters. A few minutes of maintenance could save you hours of time taken for repairs!
Whether it be an important relationship or a tangible item - the things we value most are worth our consistent care and attention. Sometimes, my husband and I attend workshops to learn how to better care for our well-being. He's my pillar of support and when we spend time maintaining our relationship, our marriage runs like a well-oiled machine. Maintenance can be fun, and remember, it keeps things going for a long time to come!
