We are constantly striving to make your purchase experience as seamless as possible - we have set up a delivery service specially for you, so that your item(s) are delivered within a schedule which best suits your requirements (depending on availability). Information on our delivery procedures and the terms and conditions of delivery shall be set out as follow:

BSH delivery times are intended to be estimates only. We shall endeavour to meet your preferred times, subject to the availability of the schedule of our delivery agents;

We shall upon confirmation of your purchase order contact you for delivery arrangements. You may cancel your purchase order before delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you, subject to an administrative fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further information;

Please contact us immediately in the event of requests for changes to delivery dates. We shall endeavour to meet your preferred times, subject to the availability of the schedule of our delivery agents;

Delivery shall be attempted for no more than three (3) times for a single purchase over a period not exceeding seven (7) business days. We may only in limited circumstances permit deferment of delivery for up to twenty-five (25) calendar days from the date of purchase. No deferment of delivery shall be permitted upon confirmation of delivery arrangements, or within thirty-six (36) hours before the date / estimated time of delivery or where the item(s) purchased have been prepared for delivery, whichever shall be the earlier.

We shall, in the event of failure to accept delivery on your part, require you to collect the item(s) purchased (limited to small domestic appliances and accessories only) directly from our designated premises at UnserHaus Customer Care Centre.

In the event of your failure to accept delivery or collect your purchase, we shall endeavour to give reasonable notice of the same to you at your contact detail/s provided to us at the point of purchase. If after 90 days from the date of purchase, your item/s are still not collected from us or you have not accepted delivery of the same as the case may be, you are deemed to have relinquished all claims in the item/s and we reserve the right to dispose of the item/s at our absolute discretion. You shall, upon receipt of delivery of the item(s) purchased, conduct a visual inspection of the same to ensure that you shall have received the item(s) as purchased. Please contact us immediately in the event of any discrepancy;

Delivery shall not include installation of the following items purchased :

  • small appliances;
  • built-in appliances;
  • appliances with direct wire connections;
  • and cooking range of appliances (including hoods, hobs and ovens).

For the purposes of clarification and avoidance of doubt, installations at point of delivery shall be limited to basic set up of appliances (excluding the appliances referred to hereinabove) which includes stacking, plug-ins and test runs of washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. Our delivery agents may assist you in the removal and disposal of used appliances which the item(s) purchased within the same segment of appliances are sought to replace. Unplug, removal and disposal services shall not be extended to built-in appliances and or appliances with direct wire connections.
