How long is the coverage of Bosch Extended Warranty?

Bosch Extended Warranty provides coverage for another 1 to 3 years, in addition to your appliance’s 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

When does my extended warranty’s coverage start?

Bosch Extended Warranty’s coverage starts from your appliance’s date of purchase of delivery (whichever is later).

Who will be repairing my appliances?

Repairs are carried out by our own engineers and our pool of approved service partners. They are well trained by us, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with our Bosch appliances.

Will the replacement parts be new and original?

Replacement parts are new and original manufacturer's parts that conform to factory specifications.

How do I make a claim or call for repair?

When appliance failure occurs, due to an electrical or mechanical failure, you may contact us via our contact form or at 6751 5000 to report the appliance failure during office hours. Our Customer Service Representatives will be ready to guide you through the service process.

To expedite service, please ensure that you have your contract details readily available before placing the call. If the appliance failure is not reported to us prior to repair, the repair will not be approved.

How do I get my food spoilage reimbursement?

If food items are spoilt due to a faulty refrigerator, we will reimburse you (up to a total of S$250 per incident). The food spoilage has to be verified, and inspected within two (2) working days of the incident by us or our authorised repairer.

What is the coverage limit?

The Bosch Extended Warranty’s coverage is limited to the recommended retail price of your appliance. All repairs and replacements made to your appliance shall not exceed the coverage limit. Extended warranty will end when the coverage limit is reached or when the appliance is replaced (whichever is earlier).

What is not covered by the extended warranty?

1. Appliance modification(s) made without authorization

2. Any loss or damage due to burglary, theft, corrosion, animal and insect infestation, misuse, neglect, abuse, natural disasters or an act of god

3. Cosmetic defects/ Accidental or intentional physical damage

4. Consumables (including batteries)

5. External faults (such as wiring, electrical connections and more)

What happen if my appliance is beyond repair?

The Bosch Extended Warranty includes a one-time replacement of the faulty appliance if it is beyond economical repair. However, due to technological advances, the replaced appliance may be of a lower retail value than the faulty appliance.
