Ingredients


  • 125g of salted butter
  • 200g of fine sugar
  • 200g of all purpose flour
  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of milk (optional)

Methods

1. Preheat oven at 180˚C.

2. Use the Bosch kitchen machine to cream butter and sugar till creamy and light.

3. Add eggs, a little at a time to mixture.

4. Add mashed bananas and flour.

5. Pour mixture into greased baking tin (8" x 8").

6. Bake for 35 minutes.
