Induction or electric? Pros and cons.

Which type of hob is right for your needs? They all have a glass ceramic cooking surface, and unlike gas hobs, are electric powered. Here's a look at how each stands out.

Induction: The most energy-efficient choice. It delivers instant heat and is easy to clean. It only works with magnetic cookware, such as stainless steel pots or pans.

Electric ceramic: Easy to use and compatible with all kinds of pots and pans, this electric hob is a classic choice. The surface remains hot to the touch after switching off the appliance.

Sizes.

Our ceramic and induction hobs come in the following widths: 30 cm (domino), 60cm, 80cm and 90cm.
