Ingredients:
1 banana
450 ml fruit tea
450g frozen berries mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Step 1:
Prepare the tea and allow to cool. Allow the frozen mixed berries to thaw (approx. 20 min.). Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
Step 2:
Start by pouring the tea into the blender jug, then add the berries, banana and vanilla. Return the lid to the blender jug, flip down the closure clasp and press down firmly.
Step 3:
Select ‘Auto’ to start the vacuum and blending process. It will stop automatically when it is done.
Step 4:
Pour your Sweet Vanilla Dream into glasses and serve immediately.
Green Protein
Ingredients:
150 g young spinach leaves
1 lemon
1 large avocado
450 ml nut milk (or milk)
1 tbsp. sweet lupine flour
4 tbsp. maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Step 1:
Wash the lemon under hot water and dry it. Peel the lemon and coarsely dice. Wash the spinach, allow to drip dry and chop several times. Cut the avocado lengthwise in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Step 2:
Start by pouring the nut milk into the blender jug, then add the water, lemon, sweet lupine flour, spinach, maple syrup, salt and lastly, avocado. Return the lid to the blender jug, flip down the closure clasp and press down firmly.
Step 3:
Select ‘Auto’ to start the vacuum and blending process. It will stop automatically when it is done.
Step 4:
Pour your Green Protein into glasses and serve immediately.
Red Dream Team
Ingredients:
300 g strawberries
300 g tomatoes
½ chilli (as desired)
½ bunch of basil
350 ml water
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. maple syrup
Step 1:
Wash the strawberries, tomatoes and chili. Remove the stems of the strawberries and cut into quarters. Remove the stems of the tomatoes as well, and dice. Cut the chili into rings. Cut off the stems of the basil, wash, shake dry and chop coarsely.
Step 2:
Start by adding the tomatoes to the blender jug, then add the strawberries, basil, chili, salt, maple syrup and lastly, water. Return the lid to the blender jug, flip down the closure clasp and press down firmly.
Step 3:
Select ‘Auto’ to start the vacuum and blending process. It will stop automatically when it is done.
Step 4:
Pour your Red Dream Team into glasses and serve immediately.
Pink Protein Bomb
Ingredients:
400 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
500 ml soy milk
4 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds (60 g)
4 tbsp. maple syrup
Step 1:
Allow the frozen raspberries to thaw (approx. 20 min.). If you use fresh raspberries, sort out the good ones.
Step 2:
Start by adding the berries, soy milk, maple syrup and hemp seeds to the blender jug. Return the lid to the blender jug, flip down the closure clasp and press down firmly.
Step 3:
Select ‘Auto’ to start the vacuum and blending process. It will stop automatically when it is done.
Step 4:
Pour your Pink Protein Bomb into glasses and serve immediately.
Lime Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
1 mango (approx. 450 g, 300 g net)
1 lime
30 g ginger root
300 ml water
300 g yoghurt
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cumin
Step 1:
Peel the mango, use a knife to remove the flesh from the pit and coarsely dice. Wash the lime under hot water and dry it. Rub the peel clean, remove the peel and coarsely dice. Peel the ginger root and cut into larger pieces.
Step 2:
Start by pouring the water into the blender jug, then add the yoghurt, mango, lime, lime peel, ginger root and lastly, salt and cumin. Return the lid to the blender jug, flip down the closure clasp and press down firmly.
Step 3:
Select ‘Auto’ to start the vacuum and blending process. It will stop automatically when it is done.
Step 4:
Pour your Lime-Mango Lassi into glasses and serve immediately.

Big King Kale
Ingredients:
50 g kale
150 g celery
1 avocado
1 apple
½ lemon
400 ml water
Step 1:
Wash and drain the kale. Remove any very thick stems. Wash the celery and cut into large pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon out the flesh. Wash the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core. Peel the lemon. Add the prepared ingredients to the VitaBoost blender jug with 400 ml of water. Put on the lid with the locking cap and press it firmly.
Step 2:
Switch on the VitaBoost. Press the Smoothie program button and purée everything finely until the appliance switches off. Or, set the VitaBoost to the highest setting with the rotary selector and purée the ingredients finely for about 50 seconds.
Step 3:
Pour the Big King Kale into four glasses and serve.
Greetings From Tuscany
Ingredients:
1kg ripe tomatoes (or canned tomatoes)
1 small clove of garlic
½ bunch of basil
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. olive oil
Pinch of Pepper
1 mozzarella
2 tbsp. pine nuts
Step 1:
Wash the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the stems. Peel the garlic clove. Chop the basil with its stems and put some of the leaves aside. Add the rest to the blender jug with the tomatoes, garlic, salt and a generous pinch of pepper. Put on the lid with the locking cap and press it firmly.
Step 2:
Switch on the VitaBoost. Press the Soup program button and mix everything finely until the appliance switches off. Or, set the rotary selector to the highest setting and finely mix the ingredients for about 5 1/2 minutes, heating the mixture at the same time.
Step 3:
Finely dice the mozzarella or tear into pieces. Fry the pine nuts in a small frying pan without any fat until light brown. Make sure to stir them frequently. Pour the Greetings from Tuscany into four bowls. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with the basil. Serve hot.
Turkish Chickpea Hummus
Ingredients:
2 tins of chickpeas (800g)
100g Sesame paste
3tbsp. lemon juice
125ml olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
Pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Step 1:
Drain the chickpeas, collecting 150 ml of the liquid. Add the chickpeas to the VitaBoost blender jug with the liquid, sesame paste, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Season generously with pepper, a teaspoon of cumin and cayenne pepper. Put on the lid with the locking cap and press it firmly. Remove the locking cap. Insert the pusher into the opening.
Step 2:
Switch on the VitaBoost. Press the Sauce program button and mix everything finely until the appliance switches off. In the process, use the pusher to push the ingredients down. Or, set the rotary selector to the highest setting and finely mix the ingredients as described. Reduce the speed after 20 seconds and switch off after a further five seconds.
Step 3:
Serve the Turkish Chickpea Hummus immediately or keep in the fridge for up to one week.
Mangomania Nice Cream
Ingredients:
1 mango
2 bananas
1 lime
30g root ginger
300ml apple juice
2 tbsp. hulled sesame seeds
2 tbsp. dried cranberries
Step 1:
Peel and cut all the fruits, including the ginger and freeze everything for at least four hours.
Step 2:
Add the frozen ingredients to the blender jug with the apple juice. Put on the lid with the locking cap and press it firmly. Remove the locking cap. Insert the pusher into the opening.
Step 3:
Switch on the VitaBoost. Press the Ice Cream program button and mix everything finely until the appliance switches off. In the process, use the pusher to push the ingredients down. Or, set the rotary selector to the highest setting and finely mix the ingredients as described for about 55 seconds.
Step 4:
Transfer the Mangomania Nice Cream to a container and allow it to rest in the freezer compartment for another 30 minutes. Fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan without any fat until they turn a light golden colour and then leave to cool down. Chop the cranberries. Pour the Mangomania into small bowls, sprinkle with the sesame and cranberries and serve.
Acai Energy Bowl
Ingredients:
400g frozen berry mix
2 bananas
300g soy yogurt
3 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. acai powder
100g fresh berries for the garnish
4 tbsp. granola
Step 1:
Mix the chia seeds with the soy yoghurt. Peel the bananas. First add the frozen berry mix to the blender jug. Add the bananas, chia soy yoghurt and acai powder. Put on the lid with the locking cap and press it firmly. Remove the locking cap. Insert the pusher into the opening.
Step 2:
Switch on the VitaBoost. Press the Ice Cream program button and mix everything finely until the appliance switches off. In the process, use the pusher to push the ingredients down. As soon as the mixture moves around by itself, remove the pusher. Close the opening by inserting the locking cap. Or, set the rotary selector to the highest setting and finely mix the ingredients as described for about 55 seconds.
Step 3:
Pour the Acai Energy Bowl into four bowls, sprinkle with granola, garnish with fresh berries and serve.

Popeye´s Secret
Ingredients:
200 g baby spinach leaves
2 bananas
1 lemon
150 g ice cubes
150 ml water
Step1:
Wash, drain and coarsely chop the spinach. Peel and dice the bananas. Wash the lemon under hot water and dry it. Remove and finely grate a finger-width strip of lemon peel. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. First add the spinach, then the lemon juice, lemon peel, bananas, ice cubes and then finally the water into the Bosch blender jug. Close the lid.
Step 2:
Set your Bosch blender to the highest setting with the rotary switch and finely purée the ingredients for about 180 seconds. When you use the pusher, the process only takes half as much time.
Step 3:
Pour the Popeye’s Secret into four glasses and serve.
Fresh Fatburner
Ingredients:
500 g papaya
1 apple
1 lime
300 g ice cubes
100 ml water (or coconut water)
Step 1:
Peel the papaya and cut in half lengthways. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds and cut the flesh of the fruit into small pieces. Remove the peel from the lime and cut the lime into quarters. Wash the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core. Dice the apple quarters. First add the papaya, then the apple, lime, ice and finally the water (or coconut water) into the Bosch blender jug. Put on the lid and close it firmly.
Step 2:
Set your Bosch blender to the highest setting with the rotary selector and finely purée the ingredients for about 180 seconds. When you use the pusher, the process only takes half as much time.
Step 3:
Pour the Fresh Fatburner into four glasses and serve immediately.
Yellow Energy
Ingredients:
300 g peeled pineapple
½ mango
1 banana
150 g ice cubes
150 ml cold coconut water
Step 1:
Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Peel the mango. Cut the flesh from the stone and also cut into large pieces. Peel and dice the banana. First add the pineapple, then the mango, banana, ice cubes and finally the coconut water into the Bosch blender jug. Put on the lid and close it firmly.
Step 2:
Set your Bosch blender to the highest setting with the rotary selector and finely purée the ingredients for about 180 seconds. When you use the pusher, the process only takes half as much time.
Step 3:
Pour the Yellow Energy into four glasses and serve immediately.
Turkish Delight
Ingredients:
650 g apricots
400 ml buttermilk
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped pistachios
Step 1:
Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stones. Quarter the apricot halves and add them to the Bosch blender jug along with the buttermilk. Season everything with cinnamon. Put on the lid and close it firmly.
Step 2:
Set your Bosch blender to the highest setting with the rotary selector and finely purée the ingredients for about 180 seconds. When you use the pusher, the process only takes half as much time.
Step 3:
Pour the Turkish Delight into four glasses and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Frozen Strawberry Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
500 g frozen strawberries
80 ml elderflower syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
350 g yoghurt
150 g ice cubes
1 tbsp. rolled oats
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
1 Step:
Allow frozen strawberries to thaw for about 20 minutes and set aside 100 g for garnishing. First add the elderflower syrup, then the lemon juice, yoghurt, remaining strawberries and finally the ice cubes to the Bosch blender cup. Put on the lid and close it firmly.
2 Step:
Set your Bosch blender to the highest setting with the rotary selector and purée the ingredients finely for about 180 seconds. This process takes approximately half the time when you use the tamper.
3 Step:
In the meantime, prepare the rolled oats, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes for the granola garnish by roasting them briefly in a frying pan without fat. Pour the Frozen Strawberry Shake into glasses and serve with granola garnish and the remaining strawberries.

Spicy Green Dragon
Ingredients:
½ avocado
60 g young spinach leaves
½ bunch parsley
¼ chili pepper
1 pinch salt
Cumin
270 ml water
Step 1:
Spoon the avocado flesh out of the shell. Wash the spinach and parsley. Allow to drain and chop coarsely. Cut the chilli into thin rings. First add the avocado, then the chilli, spinach, parsley and finally the water into the bottle. Season everything with salt and a generous pinch of cumin. Screw the blade unit onto the bottle.
Step 2:
Plug in the mini blender and finely purée the contents for approximately 90 seconds.
Step 3:
When finished, simply replace the blade unit with the leak-proof drinking lid and enjoy your smoothie.
Yellow Energy
Ingredients:
150 g peeled pineapple
100 g mango
½ banana
200 ml cold coconut water
Step 1:
Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small pieces. Peel and dice the banana. First add the banana, then the pineapple, mango and finally the coconut water into the bottle. Screw the blade unit onto the bottle.
Step 2:

Raspberry Tales
Ingredients:
1400 g raspberries
1 lemon
500 g jam sugar for a sugar-fruit ratio of 1:2
Step 1:
Only rinse the raspberries if necessary and be very gentle. Peel the lemon and cut into pieces.
Step 2:
Assemble the machine with the fine filter.
Step 3:
Turn the lever to center position.
Step 4:
Juice the ingredients.
Step 5:
Measure 1000 ml of juice. Mix the juice and the sugar in a large pot, bring it to the boil, stirring almost constantly with a wooden kitchen spoon. Boil for 4 minutes on a high heat (or as indicated on the packaging). Check whether the raspberry jam will set by holding the spoon up: When the last drop of jam settles on the spoon rather than falling, the jam is ready.
Step 6:
Pour into clean jars and close immediately.

Ingredients:
5-6 carrots
1 ½ apples
2 oranges
1 mango
2 cm ginger
Step 1:
Wash everything and cut into pieces.

Lemon Herb Shot
Ingredients:
1 bunch of lemon balm
2 stalks lemon grass
20 g ginger root
½ lime
1 apple (approx. 175 g)
250 ml coconut water
Step 1:
Wash the lemon balm and cut through twice with the stems. Halve the lemon grass lengthwise, cut crossways into 2-cm-long pieces. Wash the ginger and cut into slices. Wash the lime under hot water. Zest green lime peel, scrape out white peel with a knife and cut the lime into large pieces. Wash the apple and cut it into eighths.
Step 2:
Insert the coarse filter into the VitaExtract Slow Juicer and close the appliance. Position the lever to the right. Put the juice and pulp containers under the respective spouts. Close the juice cap and start the appliance.
Step 3:
First add the ginger, lemon balm, lemon grass, lime and apple little by little into the funnel. Only add the lime peel and coconut water afterwards. Once the level of the juice in the chamber stops rising, let the appliance run a bit longer, then open the juice cap and let the Lemon Herb Shot flow into the juice container.
