I have problems with the washing machine drum – what can I do about them?

If the drum of your washing machine is not turning and it is a new machine, it is possible that the transport lock is still engaged and needs to be removed.

Here are some common problems that your washing machine drum may encounter:

1. Making a grinding noise
2. Not turning after removing transport lock
3. Broken bearings
4. Stuck and unable to turn
5. Loose drum
6. Banging sound from the drum
