1. Clean the water inlet filter

Step-by-step tutorial

The water inlet filter may be clogged. Follow this step to check it.

1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect the appliance.

2. Turn off the water tap

3. Remove the hose from the water tap

4. Clean the filter with a small brush under running water

5. Tip: For standard and Aqua-secure models:

  • Clean the filter on the rear of the appliance
  • Remove the hose
  • Use pliers to remove the filter and clean it

6. Connect the hose and check for leaks

2. Check the supply hose

A blocked or kinked water supply hose might be the reason why your washing machine is not filling with water.

  • Pull the appliance out slightly
  • Untwist any visible kinks

3. Check the water tap and water pressure

Close the water tap and remove the hose to check the water pressure.

Approximately 10 liters of water per minute should come out.
