Book Repair Service
To ensure a seamless repair experience, please enter your appliance's model number (E-Nr) or select a registered appliance from your MyBosch account. Providing this information in advance allows us to prepare our technicians with the correct details and spare parts needed for your repair.
Important Information Before Booking:
• Major Domestic Appliance In-Warranty: If your appliance is covered by a manufacturers or extended warranty purchased from Bosch or a retailer, please contact our customer care team directly at 6751 5000 for assistance. Online bookings are not available for warranty-covered appliances.
• Major Domestic Appliance Out-of-Warranty: For out-of-warranty appliances, a repair service charge of $150 applies. This fee covers the service call and call-out but does not include spare parts. Our technician will provide a detailed cost estimate and breakdown. If you’re uncertain whether a repair is necessary, call our customer care at 6751 5000 for guidance before booking.
• Small Domestic Appliances (In & Out of Warranty): For repairs of small appliances, please visit our Customer Care Centre in person.
