Consultation Service
Our Consultation Service provides detailed advice on the optimal placement of your appliance, on-site measurements, and assessments of any necessary carpentry, electrical, gas, or plumbing work. We ensure that all factors are considered to guarantee a smooth installation process. However, the additional services required are not included and will be quoted separately.
The Consultation Service covers one appliance per session. Eligible appliances include ovens, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, hobs, coffee machines, fridges, and freezers
No, our Consultation Service does not include additional services such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work. You can engage your own third-party service providers or choose from our recommended vendors. While we recommend and facilitate coordination with these vendors, please note that we do not have any contractual relationship with these third-party service providers and are not responsible for their work, charges, or service quality.
The charge for the Consultation Service is non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled and the service has been conducted.
Each Consultation Service session typically no more than 45 minutes per appliance. The duration may vary depending on the appliance and the extent of the service required.
If further work is needed beyond the consultation, our team will provide recommendations and a separate quote for any additional services required.
Home Demonstration Service
Our Home Demonstration Service includes a comprehensive walkthrough of your appliance’s features and functionality. A Bosch-trained technician will set up the appliance to meet your specific needs and preferences, ensuring you fully understand how to operate it effectively.
Each Home Demonstration Service session typically lasts around 45 minutes. If you require additional time or have multiple appliances, you may book additional sessions or extend your appointment with our technician for an added charge.
Built-in Installation Service
Our Built-in Installation Service covers the installation of your appliance by a Bosch-trained technician, following the manufacturer’s manual to ensure proper setup. The service also includes a basic demonstration of your appliance’s features and functionality. We will facilitate coordination for any additional services required, such as carpentry, electrical work, or plumbing. However, the additional services required are not included and will be quoted separately.

Maintenance Service
Just as we need regular health checkups, it's essential for your appliance to undergo maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Our skilled service engineers will conduct a detailed assessment, including diagnostic checks and an electrical safety test, to verify that your appliance is in full working order. They will also provide expert advice on usage, maintenance, and any necessary repairs to maximize the lifespan and performance of your appliance. Additionally, our engineers will run a maintenance program using an official Bosch cleaning and care product to ensure thorough and deep cleaning of your appliance.

Yes, you can schedule Maintenance Service for multiple appliances during a single visit. However, each appliance is treated individually, and the service charge of $180 applies per appliance. This ensures that each appliance receives the detailed attention it needs.

No, this is not a cleaning service. Our trained service engineers focus on maintaining and servicing your appliance to ensure it operates at peak performance. While we provide expert advice on the right maintenance and cleaning tools, we do not restore appliances to a showroom shine.
Yes, there is a warranty for the same fault if parts are replaced during the service. This ensures peace of mind knowing that your appliance is protected against recurring issues.
Manufacturer warranties often do not cover maintenance issues. Our care plan helps you address these common problems, ensuring your appliance lasts longer and continues to perform efficiently.
We recommend scheduling Maintenance Service at least twice a year to ensure your appliance remains in optimal condition and continues to perform efficiently. Regular maintenance helps prevent issues that are not typically covered by manufacturer warranties, extending the lifespan of your appliance.
Repair Service
If your Bosch appliance has a manufacturing or material fault and it is under the two year manufacturer's warranty or the Bosch Extended Warranty, your repair will be free of charge subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

If not, a service charge and call-out fee of S$150 will apply. This fee covers the technician's travel to your address, diagnosing the problem, and providing a cost estimate for the required parts and labor. Please note that the service charge is payable regardless of whether the cost estimate is accepted or declined.
This fee does not include the cost of spare parts. Further costs cannot be provided in advance, as the technician must physically inspect the unit to determine the root cause of the issue and identify the necessary spare parts for replacement or repair.
If you have a valid Bosch extended warranty, please call our customer care centre directly. Please do not book your repair visit online as you may be charged for the cost of your repair instead of being covered by the extended warranty.
Please have your appliance's model number (E-Nr), FD number and purchase date ready prior to calling us.

Repairs are carried out by our own engineers and our pool of approved service partners. They are well trained by us, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with our Bosch appliances.
Our engineers can repair large Bosch appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, wine coolers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, warming drawers and integrated coffee machines.
Small Bosch appliance, such as kettles, toasters, coffee machines, kitchen machines, food processors, blenders, mixers, irons and vacuum cleaners are repaired in our workshop. If you need a repair on a small Bosch appliance, please call our customer care centre.

Repair payment can be made to the engineer on the day of your repair via credit card, cash or PayNow. In some cases, a pre-payment will be requested prior to the repair visit.
Our engineers can repair your Bosch appliances on weekdays, but some weekend appointments are available.
Our engineers will only replace any faulty parts with original replacements parts from our German warehouse, and we store parts for up to ten years after producing an appliance.
