In order for your machine to function at its best, it's important that rubber parts like gaskets remain elastic, and that there are no limescale deposits. To prevent bad odours, all clothing residues must be removed.
Step 1: Remove clothing residues and keep all rubber parts elastic
It's no secret: especially delicate clothing often requires wash programmes at low temperatures. But this type of wash cycle can result in even the tiniest clothing residues getting trapped inside the machine and the hoses.
The machine cleaner provides an effective solution: it completely eliminates all residues in the laundry drum, the rest of the machine's interior, and the hoses. As a result, it prevents the development of unpleasant odours that could transfer to your clothes. Additionally, using the cleaner helps maintain the elasticity of rubber parts like hoses and seals. This not only helps you avoid repairs but also increases the lifespan of your machine.
To use the machine cleaner, pour the entire contents of the container into the empty laundry drum and start the drum clean programme.
We recommend using the product every 3 months.
Step 2: Avoid limescale buildup in your machine
In general, we recommend regular use every three to six months. For optimal descaling, we recommend using the rapid quick descaler, which is specially designed for your machine.
The application of the product is very simple:
First, ensure that all laundry has been removed from the machine. Then, directly pour the contents of the container into the drum.
Select a 60° programme without a prewash, press the start button, and let the programme run its course.
It’s important to not use both products at the same time.
